Warranty and Returns Policy

Shipping Warranty

All Dan-Tech Energy products ship with full shipping protection. If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.


Product Warranty

Dan-Tech Energy provides a 12-month warranty on the following product categories:

  • Battery packs with integrated BMS
  • Chargers
  • Energy In Case systems
  • Power stations

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.


What the Warranty Covers

Any verified manufacturing defect or technical failure under normal operating conditions. This includes BMS faults, cell failure, and charging circuit issues that are not caused by external factors.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty is void if the product has been:

  • Opened, disassembled, or internally modified
  • Physically damaged (impact, crushing, water ingress)
  • Operated outside the specified voltage, current, or temperature ranges
  • Connected to non-compatible chargers or loads

How to Make a Warranty Claim (RMA Process)

  1. Contact us at info@danenergy.com describing the issue
  2. Our team will assess whether the fault is covered under warranty
  3. If approved, you will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions
  4. Complete and attach the RMA form (download below) to your shipment
  5. Ship the product to our Berlin facility
  6. We will repair or replace the unit and return it to you free of charge

Shipping to our facility is at the customer's cost. Return shipping is covered by Dan-Tech Energy.
