Shipping Policy

Dan-Tech Energy ships lithium battery packs across Europe from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany. All shipments are handled via FedEx International Priority and include mandatory dangerous goods handling in compliance with IATA regulations for lithium-ion batteries (UN 3480).

Shipping Zones

We ship to 37 countries across Europe. Rates are weight-based and calculated per country using our negotiated FedEx B2B account. You will see the exact rate for your destination at checkout.

EU Member States

Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus

Non-EU Europe

Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro

Non-EU shipments: Customs documentation including a commercial invoice is required. Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Timeframes

Timeframes include order processing, battery assembly, and quality control. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in Germany.

FedEx transit time (typically 1–3 business days within Europe) is included in the shipping timeframes above.

Dangerous Goods Surcharge

All shipments containing lithium-ion batteries are classified as dangerous goods under UN 3480 (Lithium Ion Batteries, not installed in equipment). A mandatory flat surcharge of EUR 75 per shipment is applied at checkout in addition to the weight-based FedEx rate. This applies to all destinations regardless of order size.

Self-Pickup — Berlin Warehouse

Orders can be collected in person at our Berlin warehouse at no additional cost.

Countries Not Served

We currently do not ship to Kosovo or to destinations outside Europe. Shipping within Israel is handled through a separate logistics arrangement — please contact us directly for Israel orders.
